Features and Operating Principle
The Spillway Pit has the specific function of controlling and distributing incoming water from sewer networks to specific treatments.
It can be sized to allow the separation and distribution of flow rates based on water levels; alternatively, upon request, spillway pits can be sized according to the flow rates to be distributed to each single discharge, providing partition baffles and thresholds with weirs calibrated according to specific needs.
In the case of storm water runoff treatment systems, the function of the spillway pit is to convey the first flush rainwater to the dedicated treatment and to bypass the second flush rainwater—defined by regulations as non-polluted—directly to the final receiver.

Supply and installation of a Spillway Pit produced in DECLARED SERIES, code SCOLM_-__ or SCOLM_-LAS__ of external dimensions cm.___x_____xh______ , produced by EDIL IMPIANTI 2 S.r.l. with management system UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, made of Vibrato reinforced concrete, reinforced with vertical pillars and horizontal struts in stainless steel, with elastomeric protective anti-cracking paint Elastocolor of the external walls in permanent high elasticity and high chemical resistance concrete, concrete in the class of compressive strength C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm 2), reinforced steel internal reinforcement with improved adhesion controlled in the factory and welded mesh type B450C square mesh, accompanied by certificates CHEMICAL RESISTANCE and FIRE REACTION (class: A1) issued by external body according to UNI EN standards.
The Scolmatore Well is supplied complete with:
