Features and operating principle
The prefabricated monoblock Technical Services Room is an excellent solution for all situations where, due to lack of space or environmental constraints, it is inconvenient or impossible to build using traditional construction techniques. The monoblock Technical Services Room does not require foundations and can be easily relocated; it can also be used in beach resorts, soccer fields, and sports facilities in general.
Supply specifications
Supply and installation of Prefabricated Cabin/Service Compartment/Above-ground Technical Room produced in DECLARED SERIES, code CAB__-A with type A roofing slab, 10/15 cm thick, sloping and sealed to the structure, or code CAB__-B with type B roofing slab, 10 cm thick, flat and sealed to the structure, external dimensions cm ____x____xh____, produced under UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems, made of monobloc R.C.V. with CE certified materials and recycled content according to the requirements indicated in the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), concrete compressive strength class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), complying with the provisions of UNI EN 206-1 and UNI 11104 for exposure classes XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, internal high-bond steel reinforcement, GREESMIX5® steel fibers (if required), IDROCONCRETE 1200® crystallizing additive for integral system waterproof concrete (if required), accompanied by Chemical Resistance and Reaction to Fire certifications issued by an external body according to UNI EN standards, reinforced with vertical R.C.V. pillars and stainless steel horizontal struts where required, with Elastocolor protective anti-crack elastomeric painting of the external concrete walls with permanent high elasticity and high chemical resistance.
The Prefabricated Cabin/Service Compartment/Technical Room is supplied complete with:
- white internal painting of vertical walls and underside of the roofing slab;
- sealing of the roofing slab to the cabin;
- waterproofing with slate-coated membrane over the roof;
- Single Leaf REI 60 fire door 900X2050 mm complete with accessories and outdoor painting;
- 50x50 cm aluminum ventilation grille with fixed fins and frame.
