Features and Operating Principle

Oil separators for garages and underground car parks — prefabricated concrete light liquid, oil, and hydrocarbon separators — are specifically designed to recover oils and fuels in the event of accidental leaks. These separators for covered parking areas come complete with a coalescence filter and an automatic closure device in accordance with the UNI EN 858 standard. They are specifically engineered to naturally separate sand, mineral oils, and hydrocarbons from incoming wastewater, such as first-flush rainwater from access ramps or floor washing runoff.

Supply and installation of Liquid Separator for Underground Garages up to 45 parking spaces produced in DECLARED SERIES code SEP_____, with external dimensions of cm. ____x____xh____, parking spaces No.__, surface ____ sqm, manufactured under UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems, made of monobloc reinforced concrete (R.C.) with CE certified materials and recycled content according to the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) requirements, concrete compressive strength class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), compliant with UNI EN 206-1 and UNI 11104 standards for exposure classes XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, internal reinforcement in high-bond steel, GREESMIX5® steel fibers (if provided), IDROCONCRETE 1200® crystallizing additive for integral waterproof concrete (if provided), supplied with Chemical Resistance and Reaction to Fire certifications issued by an external body in accordance with UNI EN standards, reinforced with vertical R.C. pillars and horizontal stainless steel struts where provided, with Elastocolor protective anti-crack elastomeric coating on external concrete walls featuring high permanent elasticity and high chemical resistance.
The Liquid Separator for Underground Garages up to 45 parking spaces is supplied complete with:
inlet/outlet pipe knockouts, internal baffle, Refill type Coalescence filter for oils and hydrocarbons with circular AISI 304 stainless steel frame at the inlet.

inlet/outlet pipe openings, PVC sleeve with watertight rubber seal, and AISI 304 stainless steel Deflector at the inlet; automatic closure device featuring an AISI 304 stainless steel Float shutter compliant with UNI EN 858-1 standard with Coalescence Filter at the outlet.
