with automatic closure device and coalescence filter compliant with the UNI EN 858-1 standard

Features and Operating Principle

Oil separators for garages and underground car parks — prefabricated concrete light liquid, oil, and hydrocarbon separators — are specifically designed to recover oils and fuels in the event of accidental leaks. These separators for covered parking areas come complete with a coalescence filter and an automatic closure device in accordance with the UNI EN 858 standard. They are specifically engineered to naturally separate sand, mineral oils, and hydrocarbons from incoming wastewater, such as first-flush rainwater from access ramps or floor washing runoff.

Supply Specifications

Supply and installation of Fluids Separator for Underground Garages up to 45 parking spaces produced in DECLARED SERIES code SEP_____, with external dimensions of cm.____x____xh____, n. of parking spaces __, surface area sq.m.____, produced with UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management system, made of monoblock reinforced concrete with CE certified materials and recycled content according to the requirements indicated in the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), concrete in compression resistance class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), compliant with the prescriptions provided in the UNI EN 206-1 and UNI 11104 standards for exposure classes XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, internal reinforcements in improved-adherence steel, GREESMIX5® steel fibers (if applicable), IDROCONCRETE 1200® integral system crystallizing additive for waterproof concrete (if applicable), accompanied by Chemical Resistance and Reaction to Fire certifications issued by an external body according to UNI EN standards.
The Liquid Separator for Underground Garages up to 45 parking spaces is supplied complete with:
inlet/outlet imprints, internal septum, Refill-type Coalescence filter for oils and hydrocarbons with circular frame in AISI 304 stainless steel at the inlet.

inlet/outlet holes, PVC sleeve with rubber gasket sealed for hydraulic tightness and Deflector in AISI 304 stainless steel at the inlet; automatic closing device of the Float-type obturator in AISI 304 stainless steel compliant with the UNI EN 858-1 standard with a Coalescence Filter at the outlet.
