Features and operating principle
Domestic wastewater treatment system from residential areas, installations and isolated buildings with a discharge other than public sewers, to be used after Imhoff tanks, bicameral/tricameral septic tanks, static degreaser and vibrated reinforced concrete monoblock grease separator.
The purification process for this kind of natural wastewater treatment takes place thanks to bacterial colonies developing as films on suitable supports (filling materials).
It is an energy-free technology.
The purification process taking place in the Aerobic Percolator Filter makes it possible to reach a higher purification efficiency than the Anaerobic Percolator Filter.

"C" TYPE AEROBIC PERCOLATOR FILTER (Emilia-Romagna - Umbria - Friuli Venezia Giulia)
Delivery and installation of a "C" type Aerobic Percolator Filter with low outlet, CE-marked, issued by independent body No. 0407 and UNI EN 12566-3 compliant, manufactured in DECLARED SERIES, Mod. FBAEC___, external dimensions cm.____x____ x h____ and ____ P.E., with filtering mass (filling materials) calculated based on the formula S=N/H²(mc.0,66xP.E.), manufactured by EDIL IMPIANTI 2 S.r.l.
On-demand Accessories: delivery and installation of submerged monophase electric pump for high outlet to be mounted inside the Aerobic Percolator Filter.
For the outlet from the Aerobic Percolator Filter the current regulations require an Imhoff Tank with a volume equal to 1/2 or 1/3 of the volume required for primary treatment.
The CE-marked C-Type Aerobic Percolator Filter is manufactured by EDIL IMPIANTI 2 S.r.l. with UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management system made of monoblock vibrated concrete, reinforced with vertical pillars and stainless steel horizontal beams, with CE-certified materials, concrete in compressive strength class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), internal improved-adhesion steel reinforcements checked in our plant, GREESMIX5® steel fibers (patent No. 0001421398 issued by the Ministry for Economic Development) and electro-welded square mesh B450C, with certification of CHEMICAL RESISTANCE and REACTION TO FIRE (Class A1) issued by an external body based on UNI EN standards.
The C-Type Aerobic Percolator Filter with CE marking is supplied with: inlet/outlets, PVC inlet connection and PVC delivery pipe, side vents arrangement, PVC collecting channel and outlet connection, polypropylene filling material, outer wall protective coating.
"F/R"-TYPE AEROBIC PERCOLATOR FILTER (other regions)
Delivery and Installation of a F/R-Type Aerobic Percolator Filter with low outlet, manufactured in DECLARED SERIES, Mod. FBAEFR___, external dimensions cm ____ x ____ x ___ h and ____ P.E. with filtering mass (filling material) calculated with mc. 0.30/0.20 x P.E.
