Premessa

La nuova gamma di pozzetti "IDRIKO" è composta da elementi prefabbricati in cemento armato prodotti dalla Edil Impianti2 con materiali certificati CE.
La caratteristica principale di IDRIKO è quella di resistere alla esposizione/contatto con liquidi e ambienti potenzialmente aggressivi SENZA la necessità di resinatura e\o trattamenti impermeabilizzanti protettivi.

Caratteristiche e Funzionamento delle camerette in cemento

La progettazione è stata eseguita per effettuare il montaggio su nuove condotte o collettori fognari esistenti, il peso è stato calcolato in modo da consentire la posa in opera con mezzi meccanici di piccole dimensioni. La predisposizione dei moduli (base+prolunga+lastra di copertura) con impronte indebolite o fori carotati sulle pareti verticali permette il montaggio con tubazioni provenienti da tutte le direzioni e da quote diverse. La struttura fibrorinforzata realizzata con fibre d'acciaio GREESMIX5® (Brevetto N.0001421398 rilasciato dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico) è idonea a grandi profondità e a interramenti eccezionali, è inoltre completo di lastra di copertura carrabile per mezzi pesanti (prima 1a categoria stradale) dotata di fori ispezionabili (passo d'uomo) standard cm.60 o su misura.

Pre-assembled Fire-Fighting Pressurization Unit according to UNI EN 12845 Negative Suction Lift installation for Vertical Pumps consisting of:

The operation of the main pump modules (PUMP SET) is completely independent.
In the event of a pressure drop that cannot be compensated by the limited flow rate of the jockey electric pump, the main pump starts automatically.
The shutdown of the main pump is manual only, via a switch located on the relative control panel as required by UNI EN 12845. Only in the case of units serving exclusively hydrant systems according to UNI 10779, automatic shutdown of the main pumps is possible, according to the criteria provided by UNI 10779 A 1.2.

MAIN ELECTRIC PUMP CONTROL PANEL
The electrical panel performs the command and control of pumping units with electric pumps and motor pumps compliant with the UNI EN 12845 standard.
Assembled in a painted sheet metal box with IP54 protection degree, built according to current CEI standards and compliant with the requirements of the UNI EN 12845 standard.

ELECTRICAL WIRING CABLES
The wiring inside the unit is made with FG16 OM16-0.6/1 kV type cables.

DELIVERY COLUMN
The column consists of the following components:
N°1 lug-type butterfly shut-off valve with position indicator, locking capability, and manual gear operator where required
N°1 inspectable swing check valve with low pressure drop
N°1 recirculating orifice circuit (continuous water flow) for cooling the main pumps during zero-flow operation to prevent overheating of the pumps. UNI EN 12845 10.5.

DOUBLE PRESSURE SWITCH CIRCUIT
The component is necessary for the automatic starting of each of the main pumps UNI EN 10.7.5.
Each circuit consists of:
N°2 dual-scale pressure switches
N°1 class 1.6 pressure gauge, 80 mm Diameter EN 12845 8.5.2 TR/11438:2016 6.1.4
N°1 check valve
N°1 drain cock

JOCKEY PUMP AUTOMATIC START AND STOP CIRCUIT
The circuit consists of:
N°1 dual-scale pressure switch
N°1 class 1.6 pressure gauge
N°1 check valve
N°1 shut-off valve
N°1 20 l / 16 bar membrane expansion tank

FLOW METER WITH ANTI-CLOGGING CIRCUIT
Remote reading flow meter DN__ - up to __m³/h UNI EN 12845 8.5.2 for vertical/horizontal installation. Accuracy ~ 5% of full scale value.

FUEL TANK UNI EN 12845 10.9.6 - UNI 11292 6.10.1
Double-walled fuel tank, with AISI 304 stainless steel inner wall to eliminate risks of pipe clogging due to oxidation residues, capable of guaranteeing a full-power operating autonomy of 6 hours.

SUCTION MICROSWITCH KIT
Limit switch contacts for ON/OFF monitoring of the main pumps' suction valve status as per UNI EN 12845 H2.2

DELIVERY MICROSWITCH KIT
Limit switch contacts for ON/OFF monitoring of the main pumps' delivery valve status as per UNI EN 12845 H2.2.


The supply includes the following Fire Protection Documentation:
- electrical design by a qualified professional;
- internal lighting design by a qualified professional;
- internal ventilation and temperature design by a qualified professional;
- plumbing declaration of conformity (Di.Co) according to D.M. 37/2008;
- electrical declaration of conformity (Di.Co) according to D.M. 37/2008;
- operation and maintenance manual for the installed machines and the technical room;
- as-built layout project and P&ID flow diagram.


Specific report for fire reaction and resistance R60 signed by our qualified technician.
Fees, payments, duty stamps, and filing with public offices are excluded.
