Supply Specifications

Supply and installation of underground Prefabricated Firefighting Equipment Room R60/A1 compliant with UNI 11292 standard produced in DECLARED SERIES, external dimensions cm.___x___xh___, with wall thickness of cm.__ and bottom thickness of cm.__, manufactured under UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems, made of monobloc reinforced concrete (R.C.) with CE certified materials and recycled content according to the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) requirements, concrete compressive strength class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), compliant with UNI EN 206-1 and UNI 11104 standards for exposure classes XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, internal reinforcement in high-bond steel, GREESMIX5® steel fibers (if provided), IDROCONCRETE 1200® crystallizing additive for integral waterproof concrete (if provided), supplied with Chemical Resistance and Reaction to Fire certifications issued by an external body in accordance with UNI EN standards, reinforced with vertical R.C. pillars and horizontal stainless steel struts where provided, with Elastocolor protective anti-crack elastomeric coating on external concrete walls featuring high permanent elasticity and high chemical resistance.
The Underground Equipment Room is supplied complete with:

• 1 internal partition wall + 1 R60 access door minimum dimensions cm 90x205 in sheet steel class A1;
• pre-arrangement for internal room ventilation;
• internal surfaces coating using white elastic anti-crack waterproofing paint;
• 1 bottom pre-arrangement consisting of a 70x70 cm opening for the formation of a bilge pump sump (sump and sealing to be provided by the purchaser);
• 1 heavy-traffic drivable cover slab (1st category road loads) monobloc prefabricated in R.C. complete with connection openings to the access room.

Specific technical report for reaction and fire resistance R60 signed by our qualified technician.

The Above-Ground Equipment Room is supplied complete with:

• 1 R60 access door minimum dimensions cm 90x205 in sheet steel class A1;
• pre-arrangement for internal room ventilation;
• internal anti-wear treatment and painting (white colour);
• protective coating on external walls with anti-crack elastic paint (grey RAL 7040);
• pitched cover slab with drip ledge, fully waterproofed and sealed to the equipment room below.
