Features and operating principle
The Soap/Foam Separators produced by Edil Impianti2 in monoblock c.a.v. are calming tanks in which the flotation foams and sedimentable solids are allowed to settle according to physical separation mechanisms.
The Desaponators/Foam Separators are indispensable in civil dwellings for soapy water coming from: showers, bathtubs, sinks, washbasins, washing machines and in production activities where there are large quantities of foams and detergents.
The Desaponatori/Separatori di schiume must be installed at those activities (hairdressers, beauty salons, beauty centres, spas, laundries, bathing establishments) responsible for the largest discharges of soapy water.
The Separator/Foam separators are indispensable for the reuse of grey water in activities such as bathing establishments.
Supply specifications
Supply and installation of Underground Soap/Foam Separator for Residential or Commercial activities (hotels, restaurants, industrial laundries, beauty salons, spas, beach resorts), produced in DECLARED SERIES, code DES____ or SEPSCH-MK__ (Miniblock version), compliant with UNI EN 1825-1 standard, with external dimensions of ____x____xh____ cm, nominal size NS____ l/s, useful volume _____ l, N°____ P.E. (50 liters x P.E. Emilia Romagna region), N°____ P.E. (25 liters x P.E.), produced with UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems, made of monobloc reinforced concrete (R.C.) with CE certified materials and recycled content according to the requirements indicated in the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), concrete compressive strength class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), compliant with the provisions of UNI EN 206-1 and UNI 11104 for exposure classes XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, internal reinforcement with high-bond steel, GREESMIX5® steel fibers (if provided), IDROCONCRETE 1200® crystallizing additive for integral waterproof concrete (if provided), accompanied by Chemical Resistance and Reaction to Fire certifications issued by an external body according to UNI EN standards, reinforced with vertical R.C. columns and stainless steel horizontal struts where provided, with Elastocolor protective anti-crack elastomeric painting of the external concrete walls with permanent high elasticity and high chemical resistance.
The Soap Cold Sludge Interceptor / Foam Separator for Residential or Commercial activities is supplied complete with:
inlet/outlet indentations/drilling; air vent indentations/holes placed laterally to the inlet hole; separation baffle/s for the formation of two-chamber or three-chamber compartments.
