Features and Operating principle
The "FITOFLUVER" natural compact domestic constructed wetland system with prefabricated tanks represents the ideal solution for wastewater treatment for residential systems up to 20 P.E. (Population Equivalent). Its efficiency, superior to commonly proposed activated sludge plants, guarantees consistent performance over time with almost zero maintenance. The treatment takes place inside the tank thanks to a pump that creates a continuous recirculation of sewage from top to bottom through a complex layer of drainage materials. Oxygenation from the plants and the combined purification action of volcanic lapilli and the zeolite filter complete the treatment to the parameters required for compliance with Table 3 of Legislative Decree No. 152/2006. The system is so efficient that with a surface area of just over 5 m², it can treat wastewater for up to 20 P.E. using herbaceous plant varieties that are NOT necessarily specific to phytodepuration.
Applications
Domestic Constructed Wetlands with FITOFLUVER vertical flow prefabricated tanks find their application as a natural secondary treatment for residential wastewater—previously treated with Imhoff tanks and Grease Traps—to obtain discharge water with physical-chemical parameters compliant with Table 3 of Legislative Decree No. 152/2006.
Supply Specification
Supply and installation of a compact Phytopurification System FITOFLUVER for the treatment of wastewater coming from pre-treatments (Grease/Soap Trap - Imhoff Tank), for ___ P.E. (Population Equivalent), Water supply ___ lt/PE/d, daily hydraulic flow rate Qg= ____ cm/d, system dimensions: ____x____xh___ cm, manufactured by EDIL IMPIANTI 2 S.r.l. with a management system certified to UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 450011.
The compact Fitofluver Phytoremediation System is supplied complete with:
- Loading/recirculation compartment;
- Telescopic recirculation and flow regulation system in AISI 304 stainless steel;
- Lifting kit with n.1/2 Electric Pump(s) of ____ Kw 400V;
- Electrical control and management panel with PLC logic and Touchscreen display;
- Corrugated drainage piping diam. 110 mm;
- Treated effluent drainage collectors in PVC diam. 110 mm, including aeration stacks;
- Effluent distribution piping for treatment in micro-perforated PEHD diam. 40 mm. 3 mm. complete with micro-fissured corrugated mesh diam. 110 mm, flow regulation valves, PEHD compression fittings, pedestrian inspection manholes on single lines, line end caps for future cleaning and inspections;
- Plastic filling material with high yield and contact surface;
- Supply and planting of plant essences/plants according to Edil Impianti 2 Srl specifications (approx. n.4 per sqm).
- Consumable material.
