Descrizione
L'Elemento Monoblocco MAXIBLOCK è un sistema prefabbricato in cemento armato vibrato pensato per contenere e/o gestire reflui civili e industriali in condizioni di esercizio impegnative, sia in termini di profondità di posa sia per carichi sovrastanti gravosi.
La struttura monoblocco ad alto spessore, disponibile con pareti nominali da 10, 15 o 20 cm e altezze fino a 4 metri, garantisce una risposta affidabile nelle installazioni in falda, in presenza di terreni problematici o dove siano richieste particolari prestazioni statiche.
Grazie all'utilizzo di calcestruzzi ad alta resistenza in classe C45/55 o C50/60 e armature interne progettate in funzione del singolo cantiere, le vasche MAXIBLOCK sopportano sollecitazioni oltre gli standard abituali, mantenendo nel tempo tenuta idraulica e stabilità geometrica. Inoltre il sistema è predisposto per essere completabile con prolunghe e coperture compatibili.
Caratteristiche
- Struttura monoblocco in c.a.v. con spessore pareti nominale selezionabile (10/15/20 cm) e fondo maggiorato, dimensionata in funzione della profondità e delle condizioni di posa
- Ampio range di volumi utili: configurazioni da circa 2,5 a 30 mc con varie combinazioni di larghezza, lunghezza e altezza per adattarsi alle esigenze dei cantieri ed enti preposti
- Calcestruzzo in classe C45/55 o C50/60 conforme UNI EN 206-1 e UNI 11104 per classi di esposizione XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, con eventuale integrazione di fibre d’acciaio e additivi cristallizzanti per l'impermeabilizzazione integrale
- Contenuto di materiale riciclato, recuperato o sottoprodotto superiore al 5% in peso per rispondere ai Criteri Ambientali Minimi (CAM) nelle opere pubbliche
- Produzione certificata secondo sistemi di gestione UNI EN ISO 9001 e ISO 45001, con materiali marcati CE ed attestazioni esterne sulla resistenza chimica e sulla reazione al fuoco.

Fornitura e posa in opera di Elemento Monoblocco MAXIBLOCK prodotto in SERIE DICHIARATA codice MAXIBLOCK_____ , con pareti dello spessore nominale a scelta di cm.10/15/20 e fondo dello spessore di cm.15-17,5 dimensioni esterne cm.____x____xh.____ , prodotto con sistema di gestione UNI EN ISO 9001 e ISO 45001, realizzato in C.A.V. monoblocco con materiali certificati CE e contenuto di riciclato secondo i requisiti indicati nei Criteri Ambientali Minimi (CAM), calcestruzzo in classe di resistenza a compressione C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), conforme alle prescrizioni previste nella norma UNI EN 206-1 e UNI 11104 per le classi di esposizione XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, armature interne in acciaio ad aderenza migliorata, fibre d’acciaio GREESMIX5® (se previsto), additivo cristallizzante per calcestruzzi impermeabili a sistema integrale IDROCONCRETE 1200® (se previsto), corredato di attestazioni Resistenza Chimica e Reazione al Fuoco rilasciate da organo esterno secondo le norme UNI EN, con pittura elastomerica protettiva antifessurazione Elastocolor delle pareti esterne in calcestruzzo ad alta elasticità permanente ed elevata resistenza chimica.
