Description
The compact monobloc Lifting Station is a complete precast unit designed for the collection, equalization, and lifting of wastewater, sewage, or stormwater when gravity drainage is not feasible.
All hydraulic and electrical components (electric pumps, piping, valves, and level sensors) are integrated within a single precast tank, eliminating the need for external valve chambers or technical rooms.
This solution drastically reduces construction site timelines and simplifies design, offering a "plug & play" system that only requires hydraulic and electrical connections;
therefore, it is a solution designed for small civil and commercial plants, new constructions, or renovations where it is necessary to overcome elevation differences between discharge points and the sewage network or final treatment system.
Features
- Prefabricated monobloc tank designed to house pumps, internal piping, and valves, without the need for any dedicated valve chamber
- Complete supply including submersible electric pumps, discharge manifold, shut-off and check valves, level sensors or floats, and a dedicated control panel with PLC logic and Touchscreen display
- Single or dual pump configurations to ensure service continuity and the capacity to handle variable flow rates or inflow peaks
- Internal hydraulic layout pre-assembled with anti-corrosion materials, sized to ensure correct wastewater velocity and minimize deposits and clogging
- Upper access via inspection hatches allowing pump extraction from above using guide rails and relevant chains, without the need to enter the tank
Supply Specifications
Supply and installation of an Underground Lifting Station manufactured in DICHIARATA SERIES, code SOLL_____, with capacity of __._ m³, with external dimensions of cm.____x____xh____, flow rate of __.__ lt/sec, with walls approximately cm.__/__ thick, bottom approximately cm.__ thick, produced with a management system compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, constructed in monolithic R.C. (Reinforced Concrete) with CE certified materials and recycled content according to the requirements indicated in the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), concrete in compression resistance class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), compliant with the prescriptions set forth in standards UNI EN 206-1 and UNI 11104 for exposure classes XC4, XS3-XD3, XF1, XA2, internal reinforcement in improved adhesion steel, GRESMIX5® steel fibers (if provided), IDROCONCRETE 1200® integral system crystallizing additive for waterproof concrete (if provided), complete with Chemical Resistance and Reaction to Fire certifications issued by an external body according to UNI EN standards, reinforced with vertical R.C. pillars and horizontal stainless steel struts where provided, with Elastocolor elastomeric protective anti-cracking paint on the external concrete walls, featuring high permanent elasticity and elevated chemical resistance.
The Pumping Station is supplied complete with:
- inlet with ringed sleeve DN___;
- waterproofing treatment of internal surfaces with Duresil EB epoxy paint for acid protection of concrete surfaces (upon request);
- Heavy Traffic Driveable Cover Slab H=20 cm. with n.1 inspection hole measuring 60x60 cm for a cast iron manhole cover CLASSE D400 (cast iron excluded);
- outlet boring Ø 102 mm for delivery/discharge manifold;
- n.1 Submersible Electric Pump of __.__ kW with three-phase power supply Q=__m³/h H=_m (Qmax=__m³/h Hmax=__,_m);
- n.3 Level Regulators (floats) installed in the tank complete with counterweight and adjustment bracket;
- n.1 PVC PN16 DN40 delivery pipe;
- Gate Valve and Ball Check Valve in cast iron/PVC;
- stainless steel chain for electric pump extraction.
