Features and operating principle

The monoblock precast cellar is an excellent solution for all situations where, due to lack of space or environmental constraints, it is inconvenient or impossible to build an above-ground cabin or technical room using traditional methods.
Precast cellars can be equipped and customized together with the customer directly at the Edil Impianti offices, with the support of a technical staff capable of advising on possible variables and solutions.
They can be used as a simple cellar or garage, or as a changing room for sports facilities, complete with accessories and systems such as heating, lighting, air conditioning, bathrooms, and showers with wall cladding, sanitary ware, and fittings.
All cellars and rooms can be equipped with REI 60 and REI 120 fire doors (for rooms used as thermal power stations and/or system cabins), internal walls and partitions in reinforced concrete, plasterboard, or glass blocks, flooring and skirting boards, standard internal doors or "Scrigno" type sliding doors—all installed by specialized personnel at the Edil Impianti facility before delivery to the customer.
Upon specific request and customer requirements, we create underground cellars for wine storage and aging, complete with controlled climate systems to ensure ideal temperature and humidity, adjustable internal lighting for intensity and temperature, full internal cladding in cedar, chestnut, and oak wood, and insulated access doors with programmable locks.
